Ms. Payne was born on September 29, 1970 in Queens, New York, to Mr. Charles M Payne & Mrs. Catherine Payne.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 19, 2025  from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM at the Northport Location, 5404 Watermelon Road, Northport, AL 35473. The funeral will take place Saturday, September 20, 2025 at 1:00 PM, with Ms. Payne lying in state one hour prior at 12:00 PM at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church at 128 39th St E, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405.
