Mr Boothe was preceded in death by his Father, Arthur McKinley Boothe (Mac); his Brother, Kevin McKinley Boothe.

He is survived by his Spouse, Patsy Ann Hendrix Boothe of 35 Years; his Daughter, Brittany Nicole Boothe Watkins; his Son, Dylan (Hailey Cain) Kerry Boothe; his Sister, Bethany Joy Boothe; his Mother, Jewell Brown Boothe; his Uncles, Tommy (Joanne) Boothe, John (Jimmy) Brown; his Aunt, Margaret Brown; his grand children, Payton Church, Emma Watkins, Ellie Mae Farley; and a host of family and frinds.

Celebration of Life Ceremony will be announced at a later date.
