Northport Funeral & Cremation Service family extends our warmest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the family of Mr. Baker Harper Sr., who passed away on Tuesday, September 02, 2025, in Tuscaloosa, AL.

Mr. Baker Harper Sr. was born on July 27, 1942, to Baker Godfrey Jr. & Ruth Annette Martyn and later adopted by James Ewell Harper & Eleanor Steele Harper. 

Mr. Harper was preceded in death by Lillian Boothe Harper; Son, Baker Harper Jr; Parents, James & Eleanor Harper, and Baker & Ruth Godfrey. Mr. Harper leaves to cherish his memories, Children, Stephanie (Clay) Booth, Laura (James) Sturdivant, Sheila (Bill) Lemly, Jackie (Robert) Morris, Julie (James) Grace,  and John (Alicia) Harper, Amanda Weldon; Daughter in Law, Felicia Harper and many grandchildren & great-grandchildren.

Mr. Baker Harper Sr's memorial service to be annouced at a later time.

Honary Pallbearers: Forest Manor Station 2 and his little angel Mason Morris, and many "adopted" Children.
