Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Janice Lee Smith; his parents, Loyal & Mary Smith; his daughter, Kimberly A. White; his sisters, Lois Miller, Gladys Gower; and his brother, Terry Smith.

He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer (Bart) Brown; his sons, Scott D. (Denise) Smith, Jeff A. ( Marcia) Smith; his son-in-law, Michael J. (Kimberly) White; his brothers, Jim (Pat) Smith, Ronald (Barbara) Smith; his 8 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Mr. David William Smith will be having a private service.
