Kenny was born in Salisbury, North Carolina, on July 23, 1964. He is survived by his Wife, Darlene McSpadden Lancaster; Sons, Josh Lancaster (Kayla) and Brandon Lancaster (Katherine); Special Daughters, Christy Gregory & Kim Grayson; Sisters, Marla Mapes, Stacie Hendrix, Debbie Rainey, & Lori Wilson (Brian); Sister-in-laws; Linda Harken (Jeff), Betty Taylor, & Sue McSpadden; Grandchildren, Payton, Colter, Hazel, Anna, Gus, & Zoe.

Kenny was an Alabama Football fan.  He loved hunting, fishing, & having fun with family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at Northport Funeral & Cremation Service, 5404 Watermelon Rd. Family hour will begin at 2 pm - 3 pm.  The Memorial Service will begin at 3 pm, officiated by Chuck Weaver & Jeff Harkins. The family requests no food or flowers.
