Memorial Services for Mr. Cook will be held Thursday September 1st, 2011 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Eutaw, Al. Rev. Joseph Mason will be officiating. Northport Funeral & Cremation Service will be in charge of the arrangements.
