Mr. Proctor was a retired employee of Dogan Metal. He is survived by his daughter, Monica Proctor; his son, Michael Proctor; his brother, Steve Proctor; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, including Savanna Klimbal (and her husband, Ricky Klimbal), Skylar Barger, Syriah Barger, Lance Proctor, A.J. Blake, Kingston Klimbal, and Keaton Klimbal.

He was preceded in death by Debra Proctor, Peggy Proctor-Hall, Michael Proctor, Louise Proctor, Joan Grammer, and Rachel Williams.

Services for Mr. Proctor will be private.
