Visitation will be held Thursday, December 14, 2023 from 1pm-5pm at our Reform Chapel (address: 505 1st Ave West Reform, AL).

Mr. Lark will lie in state one hour prior to the funeral service.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 15, 2023 at 2pm at Popular Spring CME Church in Reform, AL.
