Northport Funeral & Cremation Service family extends our warmest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the family of Mr. Michael Redick. Mr. Redick passed away on Friday, May 30, 2025, in Northport, AL.
Mr. Redick was preceded in death by his father, Billy Redick Sr., Step-father, Bill Miller, Brother, Charles Wayne Redick and grandparents.
Mr. Redick leaves behind his loving wife of 43 years, Melinda Redick. Daughters, Kati Reese (Nathan), Cristin Simmons (Jeffrey), Son, Chase Redick (Amanda), Brothers, Billy Redick Jr., Joey Redick (Jaime), Mother, Joyce Miller, Grandchildren, DC Vandagriff, Tia Reese, Vinny Vandagriff, Kane Reese, Christian Petty, Davina Redick, Dallie Redick and Wally Simmons.
Mike was a spectacular woodworker who could make anything beautiful out of wood. He was a loving son, husband, father, brother, and papa to all. His grandchildren were his whole world and he didn't mind letting any and everyone know it. He also loved his furbabies. All around Mike loved and was kind to anybody he came across. To know him was to love him because he made sure he was a friend to all.
Pallbearers will be Steve Fondren, Robert Smith, Michael Sanford, Bryan Smith, Dalton Redick, Butch Redick, Keith Redick and Joe Green.
Honorary Pallbearers will be UAB Medical MICU, Dr. M. Aryanpure, Dr. Phil Hemstreet, DCH Regional Medical Center 7th floor, Dr. Geoffrey Alilonu, Dr. Shoreibah, Nieces, Tasha and Mckenzie Redick, Scott White and No Doubt Riders.
In Lieu of Flowers the family ask donations to be sent to Melinda, Contact her or one of her children directly for further information.
A Celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
