Collins; sons, Scott Collins, Chris Collins, and Brett Collins; sister, Judy Andress; brother, Mickey Collins; and eight grandchildren. The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children Research Hospital. Northport Funeral & Cremation Service will be in charge of the arrangements.
