Mrs. Beverly Jones Mallard

Age 64

The Northport Funeral & Cremation Service family extends our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Mrs. Beverly Jones Mallard, who passed away in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, on May 6, 2026.

Mrs. Beverly Denise Mallard was born to Katherine and Grady Jones and raised in Liberty, Alabama, surrounded by a large, loving family of nine brothers and sisters. From an early age, Beverly’s warm spirit, creativity, and loving heart touched everyone around her. She attended school in Alabama and later went on to build a beautiful life centered around love, family, and faith.

Beverly became the proud mother of her two daughters, Ashley and Jalesa, who were truly the center of her world. She shared an unbreakable bond with her girls, speaking with them throughout the day about life, laughter, family, and plenty of gossip. The love they shared was undeniable, and the memories they created together will be cherished forever.

Later in life, Beverly married the love of her life, James Mallard, and together they blended a loving family full of joy, support, and unforgettable memories. Beverly deeply loved her husband, children, grandchildren, and family.

Beverly was known by many as one of the sweetest souls anyone could ever meet. She loved living life, traveling, decorating, creating beautiful things with her hands, and making people feel loved wherever she went.

Beverly shared a special closeness with her siblings, daughters, and loved ones. Her family meant everything to her, and the bond they shared will forever remain in their hearts. Though her presence will be deeply missed, her love, laughter, wisdom, and beautiful spirit will continue to live on through all who knew and loved her.

Mrs. Mallard was preceded in death by her mother, Katherine Jones; her father, Grady Jones Sr.; and her brother, Grady Jones Jr. She is survived by her husband, James Mallard; her two daughters, Ashley (Lenard) Pompey and Jalesa Blevins; and her three stepdaughters, Lakeisha, Lashonda, and Latasha Mallard.
