Caroline was born on November 28, 1960, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She was employed by Indian Rivers Mental Health as a case manager. She received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of West Florida.

She is survived by her husband, John C. Law, her son, Mitchell Clark, and her step-son, Joshua C. Law. She is also survived by one brother, Ralph William Clark, III, and a sister, Cathy Cairns, as well as her parents, Ralph William Clark, Jr., and Patricia Clark.

Services for Mrs. Law will be private.
