Visitation will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024, from 3:00pm - 5:00pm at Northport Funeral & Cremation Service Chapel in Reform, AL. 

Funeral Service for Ms. Cook will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 11:00am at New Providence Missionary Baptist Church in Carrollton, AL. Ms. Cook will lie in state one hour prior to service.

Interment will follow at New Providence Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
