Curtis and family, I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Venessa. I worked with her for 8 years at the Girl Scouts, Tombigbee Council, in Tuscaloosa. She had a servant heart for all people and especially for children. My prayers are for peace and love as you all go through this difficult time. One of my fondest memories of Venessa are the smiles that came across her face when you would bring a rose to her at work, just because you loved her. Blessings to you and your family. --Sheri Laycock

My heart felt condolences to the family of Mrs. Venessa Gosa. She exemplified what being professional should look like. She was soft spoken with a beautiful smile. My heart literally dropped when I was told she had transition. I was then reminded that she's in a much better place than we are. She has gained her wings. She's free and flying high. God bless you all.
