Age 53
Northport Funeral & Cremation Service family extends our warmest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the family of Mrs. Vicki Flowers Grant.
Vicki Flowers Grant was born September 24, 1969 in Montgomery, AL to Roy and Patsy Flowers. The family moved to Tuscaloosa, AL when she was in elementary school. She met her husband, Robby Grant, in 1985. She graduated from Central High School in 1987, and later that year, she married her high school sweetheart on November 4, 1987. Her sons Bo (born in 1988), Troy (1990), and Daniel (1992) were the joys of her life. Robby, Vicki, and the boys moved to Moundville, AL in 1994. She attended night and weekend classes at Shelton State Community College, working periodically over the next few years before settling into her life's calling: being a full-time wife and mother.
Vicki was a woman of many loves and talents: music, math, drawing, reading, cooking, caregiving, chocolate, animals (especially cows), classic cars, games of all kinds, traveling, spending time with family, and so much more -- much of which she passed on to her sons. She was a loyal and devoted wife of over 35 years, a mother to 3 beloved sons, 4 beautiful grandchildren, a daughter, sister, niece, cousin, aunt, and friend.
Her life and her impact on all those around her cannot possibly be described -- suffice it to say, her legacy will live in the hearts of all those she loved, and all those that loved her.
