Ms. Angela Coleman

The Northport Funeral & Cremation Service family extends our warmest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the family of Ms. Angela Coleman.

Ms. Angela (Angie) Ree Coleman passed away peacefully on March 28, 2025, at Hospice of West Alabama. On this day, the world lost a precious soul, while Heaven gained an angel. She was born to Harold Curtis Coleman and Etta Ree Hannah on January 16, 1959, in Tuscaloosa, AL. Angie lived her life and saw the world with the purest of hearts. She loved animals and cared for many throughout her life. She was a Disney enthusiast and enjoyed collecting coins, solar dancing toys, and Ripley’s Believe It or Not. She rooted for the Alabama Crimson Tide and watched the Rose Bowl Parade every football season. She never forgot anyone’s birthday and never missed a showing of the Wizard of Oz or the Ten Commandments. Most importantly, she cherished spending time with her family. Her family will miss her dearly but find comfort in knowing she is reunited with her Mama and Daddy.

Angie was preceded in death by her parents, Harold Curtis Coleman and Etta Ree Hannah. Angie is survived by her sisters, Linda Farmer and Sherrie (Jerry) Garrison, and brother Larry (Joan) Coleman. She is also survived by her nieces, Carol (Vince) Chaires and Erin Coleman; nephews, Bryan Coleman, Matt Coleman, and Denton Garrison; and grandnephew, Cole Chaires. The family will be having a private service.

Compassionate, sympathetic, and professional service has been entrusted to the hands and care of the Northport Funeral & Cremation Service Professional Team.
