The Northport Funeral & Cremation Service family extends our deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the family and friends of Mrs. Elizabeth Carol Brown, who passed away on August 9, 2026, in Berry, Alabama.

Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Brown; her parents, Benny and Odell Vaughn; her sisters, Nettie Sexton, Mary Lois Broughton, and Sybil Grammer.

She is survived by her son, Lonnie Brown (Carla); her grandchildren, Kamen Sale (Jaysie), Lane Brown (Mason), Peyton Brown (Gigi), Christian Brown (Brie), Taylor Boyd, and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Mrs. Brown will be held on August 13, 2026, at 10:00 am, at Yellow Creek Baptist Church, located at 15515 Yellow Creek Rd, Tuscaloosa, AL 35406. Pastor Rickey Phillips, presiding. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Yellow Creek Baptist Church.

Pallbearers will be Lane Brown, Peyton Brown, Christian Brown and Taylor Boyd. Honorary Pallbearers will be Kamen Sale and special friends Jewel Evans and Clem Shelby.
