Northport Funeral & Cremation Service announces with deepest sympathy the passing of Ms. Gwendolyn Spates of Northport, Alabama on July 9, 2012. Funeral services for Ms. Spates will be Thursday, July 12, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Hightown Church of God in Northport, Alabama with Pastor Marvin Cherry officiating. Burial will follow immediately at Williamson Cemetery in Northport, Alabama. The body will lie in state one hour prior to service at the church. Northport Funeral & Cremation Service will be in charg of all arrangements.
