Latricia Lafaye Doss, age 41, of Gordo, AL, passed away on May 20, 2026. She was born on May 22, 1984, in Gordo, Alabama.

Latricia was a beautiful, strong, loving Queen who was appreciative. She was sweet, Godly, and a Legend walking on Earth. She went through many trials and tribulations, but never stopped smiling. Someone who everyone adored, admired, and respected. Someone with the strongest drive to get things done. A person who loved everyone, and everyone loved her.

Latricia was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Julia Robins; her great aunts, Mary Lee Doss and Callie Mae Doss, and her great-grandfather, Robert Earl Miller.

Latricia is survived by her son, Roderick Murray Jr.; her sisters, Kimberly Miller, Semika Doss Odendahl, Quiana Doss Latham, and Kawana Doss; her brothers, Orlando Doss and Timothy Miller. She also survived by her parents, Carol Doss Miller and Danny Miller; her grandmother, Elouise Doss.

Pallbearers will be Marian Odendahl, Orlando Doss, Jaime Doss, Jason Doss, Derrick Doss, and Danny Doss. Honorary Pallbearers will be Orlando Doss.

Funeral services for Ms. Doss will be Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 12:00 pm at Gordo High School Gym located at 630 4th St NW, Gordo, AL 35466. Ms. Doss will lie in state 1 hour prior. Burial will follow at Linebarger Cemetery located at 481 Lillian Seed Road, Gordo, AL 35466.
