Officer Kennis Winston Croom

Northport Funeral & Cremation Service family extends our warmest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the family of Officer Kennis Croom. Officer Croom passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2022, in Meridian, MS.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 16th at 1 pm at Meridian High School Gymnasium (2320 32nd Street, Meridian, MS 39305).

Public Visitation will be held on Friday, June 17th from 12 pm to 4 pm at the Northport Funeral & Cremation Service (5404 Watermelon Road, Northport, AL 35473). Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Omega Ceremony will be held from 6 pm to 8 pm.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 18th at Shelton State Community College (9500 Old Greensboro Road, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404). Officer Croom will lie in state from 11 am to 12:30 pm. Funeral Service will begin at 1 pm.

Burial to take place at Memory Hill Gardens (2200 Skyland Blvd E, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405).
